Ever think being in a pickle might be the best place to be? Brewed with real gherkins, brine and cucumber - kick back chill out, and enjoy being in a good old pickle.

Inspired by a couple of pickle-flavoured bevvies enjoyed over the Summer of 2025, In A Pickle was originally brewed for Track Brewery’s Pickle Fest. We juice a mountain of gherkins by hand before blending them in at the end of fermentation. It’s fresh, sour, savoury, tart and sweet – and unapologetically gherkin-y. Best enjoyed with burgers and/or cheese. 

Ingredients: Water, Kombucha Culture, Sugar, Pickled Gherkin Juice, Brine, Cucumber Juice, Lactic Acid, Green Tea, Black Tea, Yeast.
